Cook and bar staff wanted

I will be taking over a small pub in accrington at the start of june, and will be looking for a full time cook to prepare and cook good quality pub food, previous experiance would be an advantage. I am looking at just serving food at lunchtime to start off with and see how it goes from there . This is not a large kitchen and would be working on own most of time, extra help will be given as trade pics up.
I will also be needing part time bar staff, weekdays and weekend evenings mainly. Pref with experience of working in town centre pub.

he might still be waiting for his licence to come through and does not want anyone getting it first.

I have PM'd, but not heard anything back yet! Wouldn't mind getting back behind the bar, somewhere a bit different to the con club!

I have my own personal license but finding somewhere decent to run is hard work round here
