Re: New kit release!

well the new strip could be a money spinner for the club, for years now fans could wear a strip from previous seasons and blend in but fans may be encouraged to purchase the new strip

Re: New kit release!

Quite like it meself and will probably buy one and I certainly don't"meekly follow the official line". As has been said, what really counts is the performances of the players who are wearing it!

Fully agree with the comments about us not wearing Red when playing away when we don't need to change from Red!

Re: New kit release!

Regarding the "Stripes".
I don't dislike the new striped kit and if I were a Stoke, Sheff Utd or Sunderland fan I might even fall in love with it!!!
However, Stripes are just not right for The STANLEY!!!!!
But.....ON STANLEY ON........
.......even if we were to play in PINK and TURQUOISE HOOPS with BROWN and GREEN STRIPED shorts !!!!!......oops!!!

That goes without saying, but it also suggests you think the kit is unimportant. I can't agree with that

The kit probably is unimportant to the players who are wearing it (as long as they're not asked to wear anything too ridiculous!), so it's not going to make any difference to their performance and that's what counts.
