Re-defining moment

With Gornell, Windass and Buxton all out is it back to basics on Saturday in a must not loose game.

Pack the midfield ( 2 of Seamus, Proccy or Brown), Crooks supporting Kee and leave McCarten on the bench would be my suggestion. Pearson to leftback and bring in Hughes at centre Half.

Possibility of both Buxton and Windass playing on Saturday. Bucko had flu and the genius that is King Coleman stated in the programme that Windass may be back this weekend. As to Terry, he is slightly longer term as is Winnard. My theory is leave Mingoia and McConville on the bench and start with Shaw and Boco on the wings, supported by Pearson and Halliday or even instead of playing down the wings (as teams have sussed this out) play through the middle and alternate with the wing men.

Re: Re-defining moment

Don't hit the panic button yet - a whole season of good to great football with a few poor performances/beaten by better teams mixed in does not need a massive change in the style stanley play. Just need to learn how to adapt during the game - if they mark and pressure conneely/crooks out the game, one of mccartan/boco/mingoia need to come and look for the ball and conneely/crooks push well up the pitch. It's when we are too slow to react to another teams game plan that we struggle.

Also, how long has it been seen we were awarded a penalty? Feels like a long time
