Thank you Anne, yes it does make me feel more myself. The hospital dietitian gave me a leaflet which basically states the obvious - full cream milk (which I hate - don't like cream either), chocolate, sugary things and lots of small meals/snacks. Keep bowls of sweets and nibbles about and add milk, cream etc to soups and things. Having now reached my target I am eating more fruit etc which is easier in the summer - I just love cherries and nectarines, bought some today, also melon.
