So they have nowhere else to park...that makes it legal does it?
The police patrol the school near me and notices have gone up about illegal parking.
Parking on the pavement damages the paving stones.....and is hazardous to wheelchair users and prams....they have to go into the road to get around parked vehicles....a dangerous thing to do.
