I think there was an old thread about Boris and can't be messed to find it but it's all very well to see him as a likable chap when is not in control of wherever you happen to live..in the five years this man has been Mayor of London transport fares have trebled.. homeless rates are going through the roof (or no roof). The Police force has been cut by almost 2,000 ..in the same period he's reversed the congestion charge for those poverty stricken souls in Chelsea and Kenstington... if we wanted a laugh Ken Dodd would have been PM long ago.
