No reason why they couldn't make Boris a life peer like they did with the useless Baroness Warsi, after the electorate of Deswbury rejected her and Cameron was desperate to add her to his cabinet to boost his PC credentials. Let's face it, the Tories, like Labour and the LibDems have a total contempt for democracy when it suits them.
