just use the timer, and take a small lightweight tripod, however i broke that thursday
, it was horizontal on my pack and i knocked the head off going through a gate, i think the one you are talking about i had the camera resting on a cairn, enough time to press and get in position, so its a staged pose, but thats why i do it from back, and it draws you in to see what i am seeing, well thats the attempt lol,
