Thread wanders are part and parcel of Accyweb. In my view, they're one of the factors that adds to Accyweb's appeal as a unique and very individualistic local messageboard. If thread wanders carry on for too long the mods can always be relied on to step in. The thread wander in question only lasted for a few posts anyway before returning to the subject in hand. If threads started by you are so sacrosanct that any thread wander offends you, I suggest that you are going to have a difficult time on Accyweb, because we will certainly not be changing our attitude on thread wanders just to suit you!

Actually I think ChurchFC was miffed because his posts on this thread were seen as a thread wander from the original topic - they led to some name calling and the posts were deleted so in his eyes the thread wander was not allowed, when he would have liked the topic to be addressed - even though thread wandering as you say is a feature of Accyweb.
Apols if I have got hold of the wrong end of the stick, but that's how I understand it and I'm with ChurchFC all the way on this one.
