My childhood wasn't very TV-Friendly, for want of a better explanation.
I wasn't really allowed in the sitting room , never watched TV in my parental home. On Thursdays and Fridays I was picked up from school by my Grandmother 'nana' as I called her-and she had the TV on for me, I remember Playbox, Sooty, that Tony Hart art programme?

My favourite was Dizzy Heights Hotel !I can't find it on youtube

and 'Gophers'!I loved those.
