It's the marquee
You type [ marquee=left] type the words you want to have moving [ / marquee] (but without the spaces)
(yes, I know I could have done all kinds of fancy fiddling to make it appear here exactly how it should be typed before anyone tells me that but it's late, I've got a meeting to attend and I can't be bothered.
