I was having treatment in Preston a few months ago and we went for a meal at the Continental down by the river. That was my student local in the sixties, unrecognisable now but still a great pub with good beer and food.

I run past the Conti almost every day. Good selection of wine but never rated their food service and I HATE their beer festivals! Lol
