One of the younger barmaids was talking to her friend, she had passed on the fantastic news that a friend was pregnant, a young man of similar age had just arrived, and in a shocked voice asked, Oh my God X you're pregnant?

Silence from the young man, I turned to him and said, do you know when I was your age that would have been the height of ignorance?

No I replied, finding out she isn't pregnant and not asking if she would like to be.
