Ref hid in his dressing room for half n hour and did'nt tell anyone or should say would'nt speak to anyone from stanley.We arrived at 5 past 7 and it had stopped raining although it had rained hard up to that point,radio lancs had given the match off before anyone at stanley new what was going on.. as for the pitch we managed to get in and have a look as Val will vouch the pitch looked playable,an 8 pm ko would have and should have been the better option imho.. a large rotherham following went home very unhappy
