by the way went up northfield road, over sherfin, along the main road to haslingden, up deardengate and church st, through st james's graveyard and round the back, down the steps at the back of the church, and out onto spring lane, along west view and up onto hudrake, along hudrake down to the main road, and along hud hey road and rising bridge road ... and home!!!
