Phobias, I used to be a bit irrational about wasps, I'm not that bothered about them now.
I also used to have another, non-tangible fear which I am 99.9% sure was caused by childhood experience, not sure I would call it a phobia, but it did affect me a lot for years and years. I'll not say I am totally cured, but I manage it properly now, self cured it along with a bit of help from my friends
