But the interior is just so beautiful (rotting but beautiful) , I admit the exterior rear isnt that attractive but the interior is! If they pull it down they will never be able to make anything anywhere near as nice. (They really knew how to make buildings back in the olden days. I mean a glass atrium would look nice but the atmosphere of the building would be so different, it would be lost history. They would never beable to make a ceiling as beautiful as the ballroom ceiling in this day and age. Mr B (owner) just needs to preserve and repair as much as possible..
