While I can understand concern about how the horsemeat got into the burgers in a plant where no horsemeat is processed, I think folks should stop being squeamish about eating it. We eat cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, rabbits, goats, deer, even kangaroo, emu and ostrich in some fancy restaurants. So why not horse? The French have no such scruples...
