couldn't agree more Shakey. I'd have them back straight away if we were without a manager, but we aren't so Leam should be backed to the hilt.

First of all I'd say its bang on that he'll be after the Rochdale job, but regardless of that what on earth would any experienced L2 manage want to play second fiddle to a novice?
