I don't think the weather has much to do with it. Bad drivers are bad whatever the weather and the road conditions ...
It's -25 here right now ... warmed up quite a bit since last nite
... some blowing snow ... I think I'll head out to the liquor store for a large bottle of rum
... maybe check out and see how folks are driving.
