That's a good one Entwisi. Wouldn't it be great if people who work with members of the public and provide services were actually allowed to tell some people how stupid they are and not be sacked for it. I would love to. Believe me, some of the complaints we get in the NHS about minor things beggar belief. I can give examples, but there are too many to bore everybody with.
