Susie you can't help somebody who, never mind the age, is so pigheaded he won't listen to people who know more about that building that has been a lost cause since before he was born. He can work his finger to the bone trying to save this dangerous ruin, but he was on a hiding to nothing before he started, why does he think its in the state its in now, because numerous people have been involved and nobody has never had enough money to put it right, remember I used this building every day while it was still a Conservative Club, and I know the reason it was decided to sell it in the first place, the same reason its a relic of days gone by, the time to make any bid to save this place for posterity went 20 years ago and you can't turn the clock back on this building no matter how hard you try. You have to ask yourself who has around two or three million quid to spar to invest in its refurbishment and when you've finished just what are you going to do with it, its just a white elephant, and the best thing that can happen to it is that the council put a dangerous buildings notice on it and instruct the owner to make it safe or raze it to the ground
