My Avatar came from www.animationfactory.com which unfortunately charges for the privilege! ....but is a good source of animations and I believe they do have a few freebies!!

D/Load onto your pc and then go to "my profile" and "change avatar." Hit the browse button and select the folder that you keep your potential Avatars......The rest is self-explanitory!
If I can do it, anyone can as I am illiterate when it comes to computer speak

Look forward to seeing your new Avatar (You can also knick them from other forums)
