The local fish & chip wrapper does it again.
This week an article to pay tribute to the Pals, the opening of a New Bar in the Town Hall, fair enough, but did they need to put a picture of a group of Chorley Blokes along side it, Sergt Instructor William Heaton of Chorley sat centre 2nd row up.
I only hope who ever the expert is in the Town Hall, thats in charge of the display does a better job.
