His actions make me think that he felt he was above the law(as with many other incidences with politicians)....and also the fact that this case took so long to come to court leads me to conclude that there was some skulduggery.....that perhaps he was trying to use his political influence to defray the charges....of course I have no
evidence of this......but he has proved himself to be untrustworthy and duplicitous, so I wouldn't be at all surprised.
