Why? What practical purpose does it serve? I've often enough made my views clear on murderers & those unable to rehabilitate especially the sex cases, a length of rope is far superior & more cost effective.
No cocking about with endless appeals, 1 month for procedures for & against the degenerates, then the sisal speaks.
