IF there is a high note concerning this report, it is that the Sri Lankan government and the Tamil rebels seem to have put aside their aggression for a while so that aid can reach the population.
Perhaps as the country is being rebuilt, they can work on the uneasy peace they have at the moment to improve relationships within their country..........
