I wish I had been able to see the Wigwam, I thought the trip was to visit both cathedrals and then Albert dock.

I can't think of anywhere apart from a small stretch of road through Walsden where the railway line get flooded Dianne so I would think your relation would be high and dry.
Almost all the track runs higher than the valley.
Photographs below are from the Todmorden History society and show Walsden station, the third one is a few hundred yards away and the lady nearest the left of the photo is my grandma.
