I haven't had the heart to delete my late wife's email account yet, she didn't get many emails but today I read one supposed to be from Tesco.
It said she had won a thousand pounds voucher to spend in store.
It did look very much like a Tesco web site but being a suspicious chap I decided not to open it but instead Google "Tesco scam" and sure enough it is a scam.

That is the link to the site advising against applying for the voucher.
The email had all the usual warnings about not disclosing bank details and so forth and looked genuine.
We don't have a Tesco loan, bank card, credit card or store card so there is no problem of it being hacked.
Needless to say it is now deleted and Tesco informed by phone.
They have had numerous calls about the scam and will get back to me, hopefully with a genuine thousand pound voucher, I won't hold my breath.
