What exactly is it?
Should it be eaten raw or cooked?
Should we actually have a cookery/recipe section?
I don't know, but there were two of this vegetable on sale for 41p so I bought it, chopped it into smaller pieces in a similar manner as you would a leek.
Mixed it with a mild melted cheese and some king prawns, well I enjoyed it, but I still don't know what it is.
