It's a kind of cabbage Less, I bought some too, thanks for reminding me, it's languishing in the bottom of the fridge. I was going to stirfry it, sounds like that's what you did too, bet it was delicious, pity the other half doesn't like prawns!
Think you could probably eat it raw in a salad too.
