The above example was only mentioned because of the sensational content i.e. feeding the child in a swimming bath.
Of course that is a stupid place to breast feed, just as free fall parachuting would also be an inappropriate position in which to perform the act but if it happened no doubt that too would make the news.
Breast feeding itself, nothing whatsoever wrong with it, only needs common sense, on the part of the mother and anyone witnessing it.
