Well, if you are out an about in Accrington........you could take a pic of the floral arrangements...or the plinth outside the Yorkshire Bank.....the one with the carving on it.
These are all forms of street art...buskers...those men who stand like statues......all of these would count, but as to Cashy's suggestion...I don't think tattoos and sunburn count...sorry!
