I find Facebook useful for keeping in touch with my family - exchanging messages and seeing where they are and what they are 'up to'.

I don't play Facebook games or supply info about myself.
Only yesterday I viewed photos my eldest grandson took on his arrival in Liberia (for work) - so it is useful to me, because I don't use it for 'frivolity'.
