I'm sure a number of them are edible too Dave - perhaps you should get a guide, though it can be a dangerous business eating wild mushrooms if you mis-identify them. It's very popular in Italy but you have to get a licence and use a special basket so that any spores will fall back to the ground so more will come back up.
