Not quite... It's a delicate situation. The lady who is renting there now will leave when her husband passes away (he has cancer). His prognosis isn't good, and she and the owner are looking down the road. They have approached me to see if I'm interested. It's a gorgeous spot, but I had decided to retire. It will take a fair bit of $ to start up again. My hubby is looking nervous Hah hah. But lots of time to decide, hopefully for all concerned
