They have been happy for 7years with my work...... Now I'm no good because of red tape and EUROPE But it is not them that will be out of work soon. Just 2 good lads that work for me

Thought if there were less than 5 employees, you did not need a written H&S policy
but "entwisi" is correct you should find all the answers in the links on his post, as far as H&S I think there are examples on there for small businesses,including risk assessments, stuff that you could download and modify to match your requirements
