As Mayor I attended another Lancashire Night on Saturday 23rd at Bank Mill House, Great Harwood. Entertainment was provided by Dylan Owen and friends. On Lancashire Day I attended the two Hyndburn Proclamations with Great Harwood's Town Crier - Accrington Town Hall at 10 a.m. and Churchfield House, Great Harwood at 11 a.m. I wore full ceremonial robes and was interviewed by Radio Lancashire. On Thursday 28th November there was an excellent Lancashire Day exhibition at Rishton Library. So on the whole I think we raised the profile of Lancashire Day in Hyndburn this year!
Well done, Judith.
