I would hate to see someone who had been on the receiving end of a refuse collector operated defib. If Accy is anything to go by they would be bound to make more mess than they assist with. Not only will we have paper, tins and plastic bottles blowing all over the borough, but we will also have to contend with the ripped clothing of the defib victims.
For anyone who is interested, there is an emergency defib at Asda. The heart start people have planted these defibs in strategic points all over Lancs
