your talking rubbish, the population of revellers , theatre goers , shop workers and traffic in that area was in excess of 30,000 people london has a population of 7 million people .efficiency and technology wouldnt work ie if this was a bomb which london is on high alert for. i go through that area regularly as i am in london frequently . you have no clue about london even if it was labour doing this i would criticise . this is like turkeys praying for christmas as tory mps frequent this area frequently .
