The 10yrs old was James Atherton There were more at 11, 12 & 13yrs old The family lived in Petre St. His 12yrs old brother, Ben, was injured. Harry Tootle, author of 'The Moorfield Pit Disaster' believed that James would have been a 'door tenter'. He was buried at All Saints.
