Yes evidence can be gathered, but what is the betting that nothing much is done and the perpetrators get off with it and get hero worshipped by those who value this feral behaviour?
Adolescents are getting the wrong messages...and these come from adults who do not step up to the plate and monitor and discipline them in the way that they should.
