Not sure if this is the right place to ask but, my desktop computer has been knocked from its shelf, height of about 1ft or so, and following the fall it went to the blue screen, message on it stated 'configuring setup', it was switched off after seeming 'stuck' on this screen.
Now it isn't registering the keyboard or mouse.
I have thought to take it apart and remove all components, in case something has been knocked loose?
But I'm no expert. Can anybody help?
I'll send it off for repair if necessary just thought it may be worth asking here.
