are you looking for permanent ramp that stays in place or something that you put down when you want to get the scooter out/in? if the former I'd look to the sort of people that do the verabdas for static caravans out of UPVC stuff as they do them with the relevant non slip surfaces( considering this for my mum who lives ina sheletered flat but has 4 steps up to the main road/pavement. If the latter I'd just get a joiner to knock something up from wood.
