How deep is this cesspit that La Crème are now in? C’mon chaps, you all should be able to advise as you have all been there long enough.
Of course when things go wrong, anything that can go wrong will do. Still, hope springs eternal.
The one thing that does amaze me is that the scousers don’t appear capable of taking advantage of the crap displays that we have been producing, plus the smidgeon of ill luck, but they are still only 7 points ahead.
That will probably change this weekend with one of us getting an easy game and the other a difficult one – we really are going to have to improve considerably for our difficult fixture against Fulham.
No sign of the Fat Lady tuning up yet – mind you she may well have got the sheet music out.
