...how about someone who is doubly incontinent, immobile and suffers from pressure sores (medically recommended to be moved every couple of hours) being told that she has to wear incontinence pads and can only be moved and changed 3 times a day or the catheterised 80 yr old with dementia who keeps ripping it out, allocated a couple of hours a day support...when these guys are inevitably hospitalised LCC stops paying and the NHS picks up the budget.
NHS are not equipped to deal with them, care support are not paid by LCC to give that support...people die...win/win budget wise, two less none producers.
