im guessing LCC thought that people couldnt understand the big letters written in capitals saying LOOK RIGHT on the road helping those unfamiliar with teh concept that looking out for cars reduces risk of death or injury so have now resorted to zebra crossings

Its probably a cost thing mate "LOOK RIGHT" would have to be written in at least 6 Languages.
