Well, a much better week than I expected. Thought we were going to lose three and getting stuffed in one but like everything else recently it didn’t turn out as I expected. A good win against Olympiakos and against the Hammers – feared the worst when I saw the central defenders. City, I don’t think they took it easy against us, just the rub of the green went for us, I would not have been surprised to see them get at least six. Hopefully we won’t make the top six now – sod the Europa, too many games and we would lose money having to cut the summer tour in half.
Don’t have any great hope that Moyes will go before the start of next season, but will they trust him with a reputed £200M war chest? Only time will tell.
So come on the Blues (either one), as long as they keep the scousers in the wilderness for yet another season.
