Have to agree that the scousers played like champions ... lots of confidence on that team ... and the atmosphere at Anfield was fantastic ... the title is so close, they can feel it. And the owners, even tho' they are Yanks, are sports-minded. They did a great job with the Red Sox. Arsenal seem to be out of it. And if it's a choice among Chelsea, City, and Liverpool, I'd prefer the title go to Fenway Sports rather than Russian dirty money, or Arab petrobucks.
Also be good if Gerrard could be on a title winning team. It would be a bummer if he ended up like Fergie Jenkins, all-star pitcher, three time Cy Young winner, Hall of Famer, who never came close to winning a World Series. And loyal to his team.
