Many years ago I had some abdominal surgery and had to be on antibiotics.These gave me terrible flatulence(something I don't normally have).
Because of my scar I was a bit slow on my pins......I was getting up to take my bum gas to the toilet for release but didn't make it. It was the first time in 21 years of marriage that my husband heard me break wind...he was shocked and I was embarrassed.
I still take my bowel gas to the lav....it was what I was taught to do....good manners and all that.
